Instructional Designer

The instructional designer determines the needs of the learning audience, the knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSAs) important to the course, the best way to teach those KSAs as well as the best way to assess that those KSAs have been achieved by the target audience. An instructional designer is an expert in how people learn.
