Update: Articulate Rise Fixes

If you are one of the ~500 learners who have been using the courses on this site over the past few weeks, first, thanks for checking out the skills training on professionCube. Second, you may have been impacted by the Articulate Rise issues discussed in the May 5th blog. Sorting and matching activities were not working properly on iOS 11.3 devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.). Our good friends at Articulate worked diligently to get this corrected and released a fix on Friday. Over the weekend, I updated and uploaded the 36 courses currently on this website. Things are looking good after testing.
If you have been accessing these courses on your iPhone or iPad, you will need to reset your Safari browser cache under iOS 11.3 for the changes to take effect in the courses you have already accessed. Here is how you do that:
- Close any open Safari windows you may have on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Settings, choose Safari.
- Under Safari, tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Tap Clear History and Data from the pop-up.
